Help every guest find what they can eat.

We care for our customers, and we know you care for yours.

  • UK 14 allergens plus extras
  • You sign off every detail
  • 2 updates a month

How it works

Three simple steps

  1. You send your menu and ingredients

Email us your full menu with every ingredient, however many pages it is. Include sauces, sides and drinks, and anything cooked in a shared fryer, on a shared grill or on a shared board.

  2. We build it, you check and sign it off

We turn it into one QR menu. You check every dish and sign it off before it goes live. We never guess what's in your food.

  3. Guests scan and choose

They pick from the UK 14 allergens, a diet, or search for any ingredient. They only see marks for what they picked:

    Not suitable, with the reason
!May Contain, with why (shared fryer, grill or board)

The UK 14 allergens

  • Gluten
  • Crustaceans
  • Egg
  • Fish
  • Lupin
  • Milk

Honest notes

What MenuCard QR is, and isn't

You supply and sign off every detail

MenuCard QR only shows what you tell us. We never guess what's in your food, and nothing goes live until you've checked it.

It doesn't replace talking to staff

Every screen reminds guests to tell your staff about their allergy before ordering. That conversation matters. This just makes it calmer and easier.

No "safe" or "free from" claims

The menu never tells anyone a dish is "safe" or "free from" anything. It shows what each dish contains, what may contain something because of shared equipment, and what doesn't list what they picked.

Run by one person in London

MenuCard QR is a small business run by one person, Ciprian. Replies come by email from a real person, not a call centre. It isn't legal advice or a compliance certificate.

FAQ

Short answers

What counts as a dish?

Anything on your menu that a guest can order by name: mains, starters, sides, desserts and drinks. To pick a size, count the dishes and drinks on your menu. If you're not sure, email us your menu and we'll tell you which size fits before you pay.

How do updates work?

Every plan includes 2 updates a month for new dishes or price changes. Email us what's changed, with the ingredients for any new dish. We update your QR menu and you check it. The QR code on your tables stays the same, so there's nothing to reprint.

What happens after I pay?

Payment is by card on Stripe's secure checkout. Within 1 working day we'll email you to collect your menu details. We build your QR menu, you check and sign it off, and then it's ready for your tables.

Do my customers need an app?

No. They scan the QR code with their phone camera and the menu opens in their web browser. Nothing to download, and no sign-up.
